Your log reports here this process fails since some previous process is using the port…

Creating Server TCP listening socket 127.0.0.1:12000: bind: Address already in use

17:20:43 web.1 | socket.error: [Errno 98] Address already in use

Maybe shutdown everything with this:

frappe@erpnext:~/frappe-bench$ sudo supervisorctl stop all
frappe-bench-frappe-schedule: stopped
frappe-bench-frappe-default-worker-0: stopped
frappe-bench-frappe-long-worker-0: stopped
frappe-bench-frappe-short-worker-0: stopped
frappe-bench-frappe-web: stopped
frappe-bench-node-socketio: stopped
frappe-bench-redis-queue: stopped
frappe-bench-redis-cache: stopped
frappe-bench-redis-socketio: stopped

This means redis is still running

frappe@erpnext:~/frappe-bench$ redis-cli ping
PONG

So shutdown redis with this:

frappe@erpnext:~/frappe-bench$ redis-cli shutdown
frappe@erpnext:~/frappe-bench$ redis-cli ping
Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379: Connection refused

Now try ‘bench start’ and check for an error free startup.

Or alternatively try this (to startup a prod server instance):

frappe@erpnext:~/frappe-bench$ sudo supervisorctl start all
frappe-bench-frappe-schedule: started
frappe-bench-frappe-default-worker-0: started
frappe-bench-frappe-long-worker-0: started
frappe-bench-frappe-short-worker-0: started
frappe-bench-frappe-web: started
frappe-bench-node-socketio: started
frappe-bench-redis-queue: started
frappe-bench-redis-cache: started
frappe-bench-redis-socketio: started

These logs may give you an idea of the problem:

frappe@erpnext:~/frappe-bench$ ls -al logs | grep redis
-rw-r–r-- 1 frappe root 0 Nov 24 15:18 redis-cache.error.log
-rw-r–r-- 1 frappe root 52620 Apr 5 18:48 redis-cache.log
-rw-r–r-- 1 frappe root 0 Nov 24 15:18 redis-queue.error.log
-rw-r–r-- 1 frappe root 56447 Apr 5 18:48 redis-queue.log
-rw-r–r-- 1 frappe root 0 Nov 24 15:18 redis-socketio.error.log
-rw-r–r-- 1 frappe root 56447 Apr 5 18:48 redis-socketio.log

frappe@erpnext:~/frappe-bench$ less /var/log/nginx/error.log

Edit: Here’s another approach Error when loading site - #3 by slushpuppy

I have same issue, After referring to your post I used the command

sudo supervisorctl start all

but here I am getting another error

frappe-bench-web:frappe-bench-node-socketio: ERROR (spawn error)

Refer to this [solved] production server - redis spawn error

I face this problem.
How can i solve it?

@Kamrul.Hasan try these commands:

sudo supervisorctl stop all
sudo service nginx stop
sudo bench setup requirements
sudo bench setup socketio
sudo bench setup config
sudo bench setup redis
sudo bench setup supervisor
sudo bench setup procfile
bench start
