please uncheck the unique property for the email_id_2, It looks like two or more Contacts in your Contact List contains the same email in email_id_2 field

you can update the unique property from the database directly use the bench --site your_sitename mysql command.

You should remove the unique checkbox on email_id by going to:
bench --site {yoursite} console
In the ipython console:
ps = frappe.get_doc(“Property Setter”, {“field_name”: “email_id”, “property”: “unique”})
ps.delete()
frappe.db.commit()
