Error on creation of fees from fee schedule

I have encountered the following error while creating fees:

Onces i click on close i also get another error as follows:

Not sure what it means. I was trying to add fees for students from the fee schedule. I am using the following version:

ERPNext: v12.4.2 (version-12)

Frappe Framework: v12.2.1 (version-12)

Any assistance whatsoever will be highly appreciated.

I have tested with the defaults, Seems there is a hardcoding tthat the Receivable account and the Income account should be “Debtors” and “Sales” respectively. If you create your own custom account for Receivable account and the Income account , you get this error. Can anyone confirm on this?
