Error: Missing Currency Exchange Rates for USD-GBP

Hi -

Default currency GBP and default company currency GBP.
Wanted to create a child company in China with CNY.

When try and save company, it says “Missing Currency Exchange Rates for USD-GBP”.

I have already created a currency exchange for GBPUSD and GBPCNY so what’s the issue?

I am getting the same issue at the creation on price list, it works only when I create currency exchange rate manually in accounts>multi currency> currency exchange but it is just a temporary work around because erpnext uses frankfurter.app to get the latest currency exchange, and creating the manual exchange will create issue later which may impact your profit or loss due to exchange fluctuation.

I request erpnext team to kindly take a look in this.
