Error installation fresh on ubuntu 14.04

I think it is because of the SSL? However, i tried many ways but unable to resolve this.

I got the same error trying to install bench. I tried to install on ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04, both doesn’t work with same error.

I got bench installed, and these are the steps I perform before running "python install.py --develop --user frappe
