Error in Sending Email

Good Day Everyone.

I am having a problem with with sending an Email.
I was hoping that someone could help me with it.
At first, I have tested it by using my Gmail Account, and it worked just fine.

These photos represent what kind of Email and server that I am currently using.

As for the service, when I chose (SendGrid) this Message appears

and when I chose (GMail) this message appears

P.S: I have a subscription with SendGrid Services, But, I don’t know how to use it.
If anyone can help me with this problem, I would be greatly thankful.

As per the domain, it seems it belongs to zoho.

So while setting email account, don’t select any predefined service just select your domain settings.
