Error Creating Secondary Company Profile - Duplicate Name (Account - VAT [Company Initial] already exists)

Hi!

When I am creating a ‘second’ company parallelly and submit all company info and click on ‘create’ a dialogue box appears saying "ACCOUNT - VAT [company initial] " already exist.

I tried ‘changing’ the company initials but keeps showing me the same error no matter what. Please help.
