Error connecting to Database

All was good untill I changed my python to 2.7.5

http://toadityakumar.com:8080/

I can see a DB error : <class '_mysql_exceptions.OperationalError'>: (1045, "Access denied for user 'erpnext'@'localhost' (using password: YES)")
      args = (1045, "Access denied for user 'erpnext'@'localhost' (using password: YES)")
      message = ''

Which file contains the DB credentials so I can re-check it if that's the issue?

Yes I checked that but the database username and pwd which I find - I am not able to locate this DB in my cpanel somehow.

Since all this was created during the installation process, how do I find out where this DB is located?

you can try to do in the Putty Terminal :

login to your Server and run the following command :

> mysql -u root -p

(now this will prompt for the mysql server password )
enter the password and u can login to the mysql , once you have logged in :
write the following command :

> show databases;

this will return you the list of databases;
