Hi,
Is this happening upon first use or was everything working ok and the problem appeared?
It looks like the command was being run as root. Why ?
it was working fine . I updatetd python to 3.7 and everything crashed . (I tried to start it as root )
try, not as root: bench migrate-env python2.7
then: bench update
the latest version of python was 3.6 actually . anyways this is giving me error (Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:13000: Connection refused)
try: bench setup redis and sudo bench setup production <userName>
then bench update --patch
Would be ideal to paste the error code instead of an image. It’s easier to read the text.
