ERPNext shows Critical Error - 500 System Failure on the menu page

Hi Guys, i don’t know what is going on,
when i log into the ERPNext some dialog cames up saying:
Error - 500
Critical Error - 500
System Failure
nginx/1.0.5 (Ubunto

Any help will be appreciated.
