Erpnext outgoing email issue

outgoing mails are not received on my gmail.On erpnext communication it shows “sent” status .How to resolve this problem.?
1.It is not an error log
2.not because of gmail’s security

$ bench doctor

-----None Jobs-----

shows the scheduler status like this what does it mean?

If the status is sent then please if the mails are in spam directory

no not in spam directory also .I receive incoming mails to erpnext
