Hi All,

Do you think it is a good idea to set it up on a shared server?

I haven’t tried it yet, but I am somewhat double minded about this, so thought
to check if anyone else has done this, before spending time on it?

I want to host this on a Dreamhost shared server, and would be used as a staging environment.

Any inputs?

Hi Sudev,


Shared hosting is usually a bad idea. Virtual hosting is a better option, but be prepared for once a month reboots. Nothing beats dedicated hosting though!
