Great article.
I noticed you missed out workflows which are massively important in automating approval authorisations.
Imagine raising a purchase order for a service and having a simple request sent to your manager for approval. Once they click the link and approve on ERPNext, the purchasing department gets an email to make the purchase.
Very powerful, and audit approved!
