I have created some Customized fields on web/desktop at sales order and after assigned it, I can see my fields on web in To-Do List and it works efficiently. But when I check my Mobile app’s To-Do List, Some of the Customized fields are not Reflecting.
Not reflecting fields on mobile app i.e.:
- Start
- Before photo (attachment option)
- Technical recommendation
- Assigned by Full Name
- After photo (Attachment option)
- Signature column
Here is my mobile and web view where you can see the After photo and Signature column is missing in Mobile app’s customize fields.
Please help me out to resolve the issue. Thank You!
