I’m not an expert in migrations or API based integration, but you will need to do some serious reading up on how to use ERPNext’s API (I’m 99% sure they have one). But there is also a chance you’ll need to develop a plugin to help facilitate integration. but for more details I’ll let the more experienced people here guide you.
