I am new to erpnext.
I am having my business of selling items which are customize and one item one quantity. Suppose I made a sales order against item “xyz” but not dellivered.
So, now, when I am going to make a new Quation the item “xyz” should not be shown in item list.
How to achieve this.
System will allow you to give Quotation of an item even if there is no stock avaliable. Once customer converts, you can always fabricate / purchase / manufacture one and deliver to the client. Restrict user from making quotation based on current stock can have adverse impact on the future sales.
