Hello,
Is there any report in ERPNext where I can find the employee turnover rate for my organization? When we terminate an employee, we change the status to “Inactive” and put the relieving date and when an employee resigns, we change the status to “Left” and put the relieving date.
We currently track everything by using Employee Report and applying filters and picking columns. I wanted to know if there is a better report to do this and if we can get the employee turnover rate somehow. Thanks!
