I'm in a bit of a fix. I have just created a new account but I used the wrong email. Is there a way I can rectify this so that I don't have to create another account?
I can't seem to edit the email address I wrongly entered.

You can create another Profile using other email id from Setup -> Profile. Assign "System Manager" role to that profile. Then you can delete the old profile.
