Email Set Up - incoming email is not fetch to the description

Hello,

I’ve setup an email and append all incoming mails of this email to issue module, but when i test it out the body of incoming email is not fetch to the description of issue created. how to fix this?

Hello @Bas_de_Reus!

I don’t think its related to that issue.

I just wanted to put the body of the incoming mail to the description of created issue that is linked to the mail.

I myself am new to erp and trying something similar with emails
