Email sending needs to press send now button from email Que

when i send email after document created it immediately goes to not send status
but when i open email Que and press send now button it gets sent immediately
dose anyone can help??

Try these steps

  1. Run bench doctor on frappe-bench folder, see if the scheduler is active
  2. If the Scheduler is not active, run the following command bench --site all enable-scheduler

Thanks for reply this issue dose not persist continuously sometimes it works some emails behaves as mentioned in issue will try the suggestion and update
