Email Queue (No recipients to send to)

Hi, I am facing issue with automatic email alerts on user mention, below are the steps to identify the issue:

  1. On any doc type, a user name mention as @user01 with appropriate message.
  2. Inbuild Email alert getting fire as an email is available in Email Queue.
  3. But it show error “No recipients to send to”, seems like system is not able to fetch email id from user name.
  4. Earlier it was okay. As i can recall it may be after last update to v10.1.44

Can anyone help with this issue.

It’s working for me fine. I think I remember that if you delete the email address for a user that the user mentions get broken. Something similar to that anyway.

Check if you added or removed any users and email addresses around the time it broken and you should spot the problem
