Email notification to all users who wrote comment

Hello,

First of all thanks to the developers for this excellent software. I am a new user here. I am looking for a way so that all the users who had written comment in a issue of a project will get email notification if a new user add his comment. I was following Email Alert option from here: https://erpnext.org/docs/user/manual/en/setting-up/email/email-alerts
But I haven’t find any option to send email to all from email recipient part. I tried to use "user’, “owner” etc but emails are going to the owner who have written the comment just now not to other users. Is there any suggestion to fix this issue? Thanks in advance

Try looking at Email Group, but not sure if you can use it for email alerts.
