Email notification icon in the notification panel is missing

In v11, I had a notification when an inbound email is received. I was using it as a to-do list for inbound Purchase Invoices.

I see that in v12, even under the document notifications, Email is missing.

All my incoming email is assigned to ToDo’s, so I can still see them, butthey are allocated to the Administrator user, which makes it hard for normal users to act on them.
