Note: I reboot the server and after that i was send all the notifications as it’s should. I don’t know why happen this. Please advise because is important to receive this notifications
I want all alerts to be sent automatically without setting them up (as I am not a techy person) example: system send email to Lead next contact date, tasks for people, changes in project status …etc.
Is there a way to send all these notification without creating them or configure them by myself ? also I looked at the link for email alerts, I don’t know what field name to use for each kind of email alert I want to sent doc.[field_name].
Also I don’t know the relevant fields names to use in Jinja tags, and the conditions also complex… it feels like I need a PHD to get the alerts working
Is there any solution for this to make it as simple as enabling / disabling an alert for certain section instead of creating everything…
