Email Notification Assigned to & Next Contact day

Hi, 

Is there an automated option to send email notification to the user which is assigned to lead?

and then to send email notification for the next contact day?

When i installed the erpnext it was working fine this function and now stop working.

Let me me give you an example.

When i was assigned task, lead to someone automatically was send notification email.

Now doesn’t send anything. Only when i send manual or create an account from the system it’s send email.

Your background worker must be not working. What kind of deployment do you have?

I using Debian distribution with latest ERPnext version.

How can I check if is working? And to enable?

This is working with cronjob?

Note: I reboot the server and after that i was send all the notifications as it’s should. I don’t know why happen this. Please advise because is important to receive this notifications

I ran the bench as erpnext user and as root and i get the following

erpnext@erpnext-vm:~$ bench start
bash: bench: command not found

root@erpnext-vm:~$ bench start
bash: bench: command not found

I solved my issue as follow

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/frappe/bench/master/install_scripts/setup_frappe.sh
sudo bash setup_frappe.sh

after i reboot the server and now working fine.

Hi,

I want all alerts to be sent automatically without setting them up (as I am not a techy person) example: system send email to Lead next contact date, tasks for people, changes in project status …etc.

Is there a way to send all these notification without creating them or configure them by myself ? also I looked at the link for email alerts, I don’t know what field name to use for each kind of email alert I want to sent doc.[field_name].

Also I don’t know the relevant fields names to use in Jinja tags, and the conditions also complex… it feels like I need a PHD to get the alerts working :slight_smile:

Is there any solution for this to make it as simple as enabling / disabling an alert for certain section instead of creating everything…

plz advise. looking forward for your feedback.
