In my instance it works, check the error log, the mail queue, and that you have activated the background jobs.
I m also having the same issue in an email campaign I had set the campaign for a long time but it’s still showing “In Progress” in my instance too !!
How Can We Activate Background Jobs? As I m new to the System can u Guide me?
