Email alert: Payment received

Hi

After i have submitted a journal entry and marked invoice as paid i would like to setup and email alert so the customer would get an email like:

Dear John Doe

This is a payment receipt for invoice001 which was
We have received your payment.

Thank you for your business!
Please find the attached invoice.

I have managed to get other email alerts to work except for this.
Below is a screenshot of my current settings.

I think the condition should be “Submit”
