Email Alert on Recipient's condition

Hi All,

I have setup an email alert on New Lead created and specify the recipient based on their company in the Cc section but it just not work.

Means that if company is A, send to lead owner email with Cc to AAA@gmail.com and if not company A send it to lead owner email and Cc it to BBB@gmail.com. But the condition didint work for row no 1.

Is it because it was wrongly setup? If so,someone please point me the right way? Thank you.

Hi,

  1. Ensure that you have selected the right DocType in the Document Type
  2. Try testing one condition at a time
  3. Check your Email queue list, to see if it was sent or not. There is a ‘send now’ button there as well.
