Edit Customer issue

When in Customer edit mode, after adding the Lead in the “From Lead”, ‘Full Name’ gets focus and value wiped out as per following pics.

P.S. No customer scripts.

It looks like a bug to me!

Hi, as I see when you choose Lead the value from Organization Name field in Lead document will be fetched to Full Name field in Customer and if this value is empty your Full Name will be empty too.

Thanks for answer. I see behaviour but it is not unusual to create a Customer then create lead afterwards and if just name of lead is inputed instead Organization it gets stuck. I guess it’s a good practice to copy Name back to lead in that case.
