Anyway, i had solved my problem, when install previous version,

had to be include with the bench setup socketio which this is normal missing in the manual installation.

if your facing mysql each and every time try this commond:
sudo mysql --tc-heuristic-recover=ROLLBACK
sudo service mysql restart
sudo service mysql start

try to use sudo if ur not in root
