Downloads backup files button wont work

i tried this to back up and to sent a email to my account but i never received the email containing the links…
Need help plss…

Did you go to Email Queue and sent the mail?

I’ve been there. But no backup mail has been queue there…

oh @shreya115 i forgot to check the default outgoing on my email account it works perfectly…Thanks…
