Does somebody have use HR payroll module successfully for a US company?

hello folks,

I have been checking HR payroll module in ERPNext V11, but it seems kind of basic to handle all the US payroll requirements,

does anybody have used it to setup payroll for an US company?

or in case you have not used the ERPNext payroll module, what alternatives have you used? also have you find any way to integrate the alternative to the ERPNext balance sheet?
