I am setting up workflow and I do understand the principle of the states and flow.
I am battling with the Doc-status.
To which doc-status are the numbers assigned …0,1,2,3…
I have included a screen-shot of field 97 in Cutomize doc view for the document
Quotation.
I am battling with the following

Quotation (sales) is a submissible document but non of the statusses in the screenshot
is “Submitted” -
When using numbers for the document status in the workflow definition, do I just assign
numbers from top to bottom ( in the screenshot) i.e.
0 = Draft
1 = Open
2 = Replied
3 = Ordered
etc ?
Would appreciate some guidance.
