Document creation error in ERPnext v9.x.x

I am using ERPnext v9.x.x. When i run bench --site site1.local build-docs erpnext --target erpnext command to generate the documents. after that bench migrate command gives me an error pymysql.err.DataError: (1406, u"Data too long for column ‘name’ at row 1"). any solution on this ??
