is this feature in V8
In the later versions of version 8, filter functionality has been further upgraded and filters inspired from DJ Software has been deprecated.
it’s great , DJ software was not useful , the new filter is great and easy to use

May be you are write but with DJ you was able just click on the filed which is listed in the viewed table to apply the filter no need to press add filter bottom and choose equal or like option

As being discussed in the other email thread, please add required field as a standard field in the list view.
