Distribution Domain not found on Desk

I see Distribution on Domain Settings and activated, but it not appear on Desk.

Hi,

The Distribution domain includes all the existing core doctypes like Supplier, Customer, Items, etc. Hence on activating it, there is no visible change on the desk.
