Display the data according to role

i have three level work flow state.

  1. Employee (role)
  2. Appraisal Verify(role)
  3. Appraisal Approver(role)

So, when employee save and apply the Appraisal, it should list in Appraisal Verify, but its displaying in Appraisal Approver also.
And when Appraisal is in draft, its displaying in Appraisal Verify and also in Appraisal Approver too. so i don’t want to display when its draft mode.
