Difficulties with Bench Update and pip upgrade

Hi,

I did a bench update and one of the messages I got was that pip is an older version. So while the Bench Update went through without any errors (I think), I did a pip upgrade as suggsted which threw up a few errors.

For some reason I tried bench update again and this time I got errors as described below. When I ran a bench start, the bench started all right and the output is produced below.

But when I point to the site, I get "Updating, We will be back soon…

Please help. This is an installation that is on the verge of going live.

Thanks

Jay
