Different employee with the same username (email)

we use generic email address for some positions like for the office admin.

the admin has left and we hired a new guy, what is the best practice for such case

I was thinking to do employee separation for the employee who left then create a new employee and use the email address for him/her, kindly advise.


you will also need to remove the userID from the employee who left, then u can add it to the new employee.

Disable the ID. Dont delete it.
