Desk is un-accessible. Process stuck in accessing desk module

Dear all,

Anyone here having this kind of issue:

1. Website is working fine.
2. Web page is also working fine
3. But when you try to login, the process stuck and desk is un-accessible. See below screenshot:
   
   

I have try bench update, bench patch, upgrade to latest version, none is working… Anyone can help me please? Tried to look for same issue in the forum, but no luck in finding solution.
