Is there a way to change the background or modify the theme of ERPnext without messing with the core code?
Also what does “Background Image” under a users display settings do?
You can set Background image Userwise.
Steps:
1.Login as Administrator
2.Go to ‘Setup’ module-> ‘User and Permissions’ menu ->‘User’ doctype
3.Open required User form.
4.In ‘Display Setting’ section , Go to ‘Background Image’ field and upload required image.

thanks, I knew how to arrive there, but I am wondering what does it apply a background to? Is it all of the screens? The “desk” view only? Is there a recommended resolution to upload?
Background image get displayed only for desk view.
