Delivery Note - Expense Account Field

When submitting a Delivery Note, I can see that there’s a mandatory field for ‘Expense Account’ to be entered in. I wanted to understand the use of this field.

As a stock transaction, I think a Delivery will subtract value of the product from the asset/stock value, and any additional expenses/charges will be entered in Taxes/Charges. So where would the Expense Account be used? Thanks!

Maybe the naming needs to be fixed. It could be expense or asset account.
