Delete items from submitted purchase order

Hi
i have 12 items in my purchase order .when i have already save and submit the purchase order ,can i delete one of the items.(example i want to delete only brush)

I am not sure if you can. However, try amending the PO and setting the quantity to zero.

Hi
You have to cancel and amend in order to edit the submitted document .
Click on cancel button, then amend button will occur then click on amend, do your stuff i.e. delete items and then save the document and submit it.
