Defkey in child table of profile

Hi

What is the default value of defkey in the Userdefault child table of Profile

When I import userrole.csv, I get a import success message, but when I open the user in Profile, it is not updated. Could I get some urgent help please

Thanks,
Raj

Hi Raj,

User default and user role are completely different.

User Role table stores the roles of the user.

User Properties are the default values for each user. To import User Properties, select template of "DefaultValue".
The key should be a valid field name and value should be the value you want to set as default for that user.

Thanks,
Anand.

If there are few users, better do it manually by going to each profile and checking the appropriate role.

Else, use the template UserRole and under "ID" set the profile name, and under "Role" set the appropriate role.

Thanks,
Anand.
