Datetime docfield always shows in Asia/Kolkata timezone

Hi,

I just installed Frappe and created a custom app that uses several Datetime docfields. My problem is that those fields always appears configured for Asia/Kolkata timezone

My system and user settings are set to “America/Bogota” as well the server and database timezones. So, I don’t understand from where Frappe is getting Asia/Kolkata TZ.

Also, tried to add a custom datetime field to a default form on ERPNext (different site, same server) and the behavior is the same.

Can you please help me to understand what is happening?

Select Time Based on Company's Country

Hi, Timezone fields rendering works out better based on user’s timezone instead of company’s timezone. Please select a timezone correctly in the User master and things should pan-out just fine.
