Date field not storing correct values in child table

I have a child table with start date and end date fields. whenever i create new records it always displays the first row values in it.

But the database shows the correct date values. Kindly help!

the second row value changing to first row values after saving. But while refreshing it shows the correct value

Does any apply script?

I have commented every line in the custom script but refreshing again it does the same.

Reload like: Ctrl+Shift+R
Then check it.

Yes by refreshing it shows the correct value. Also when i left the date field empty it automatically fills with the first row value.

I think some scripts are called.
OR
Set your script trigger/Event.
