In Data Import module we have an option “Skip rows with errors” and the field description says -
"If this is checked, rows with valid data will be imported and invalid rows will be dumped into a new file for you to import later. "
Where is the “new file” with the erroneous data dumped?

Confirming that the files appear when we reload the import document page manually and doesn’t seem to be triggered as an AJAX event, hence the confusion. May be considered as an enhancement. Can you confirm your experience with the same? Will create an issue once confirmed.
Menu has a Reload option and it seems to be working as per design.
Not a show-stopper. Let’s live with as it is for now.
