Data backup and restore

Hello,

I am new to ErpNext.

I took and data backup from one instance of erpnext.
Now i wanted to restore back to an new instance.

I am not getting the clue how to do it,
Note: I saw the backup file it was an dump of the database.

help is really appreciated.
