What exactly does “new” and “pending” mean in the email? I’m assuming “New Quotations” means new quotations added since the last daily digest and “Pending Sales Orders” means sales orders that are waiting to be completed.
Is this correct?

Yes, as it goes daily, it is basically new quotations which are created yesterday.
Pending refers to all submitted Quotations where status is not ‘Ordered’,‘Cancelled’ or ‘Lost’.
