Customizing Open Point of Sale

Hi Guys,

I am trying to customize the open point of sale interface to add a few more details. I can understand the possibility of customizing POS Invoice docType but what I ideally need is to change the open point of sale interface.
Following is the open point of sale interface that I’m working with.

I would like to add two more fields to the Additional Information section.

Can anyone help with this?
