Customize login window and default message

Is there currently a way to customize and skin the login form for ERPNext?

The use case would be to have it match with our company branding and website. The blue color in particular and font customization would be nice to change so it matches better.

Additionally is it possible to change the “Not Permitted” message with simply a login window such as this example?

Check options available under Web Site module.

Can you be more specific? I do not see that.

There are a lot of posts about customising the login page. Please search for similar posts before duplicating.
